Dep...The ones I have done have been pretty simple. Depending on where it's done, I've tried to have it where people either sit in a circle, or at least in close proximity with one another. Sometimes I've read a Wesley prayer, or maybe a Psalm, have a meditative hymn/song, and then have people share something of themselves before sharing the meal, and introducing that I usually use what the UM Book of Worship has.
